WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time entry-level retail store management position works40 hours per weekwithin the store's hours of operation.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STORE TEAM LEAD

As a Store Team Lead, you are an important part of our leadership team that assists the store manager and assistant manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. You help train and provide leadership for staff while learning how to provide the kind of leadership that fosters teamwork, respect, accountability, and trust. In the absence of higher management, you set up or close out the day's store operations and are always sure to maintain a secure facility. You are highly motivated and excited to get the most out of this entry-level retail store management position that could lead to more opportunities for you down the road!
