Section 1: Employees FAQs

What are required to create a profile as a jobseeker?

As a jobseeker, all you need to create an account is an active email address. To create an account or register, you can use the Home Page Sign-In button at the right top corner of the page or follow this link.


Can I edit, update my profile?

Yes! You can update your profile any time you wish. To update your profile, simply Sign-In to your account and click on the dropdown tab under your profile photo, click on edit profile and update. Don’t forget to Save your update.

Should I forget my password, how do I recover/reset it?

At the right top corner of Jobnub, you will see Sign-In tab, click on it and scroll to the bottom you will see Forgot Password? Enter your account email and submit. Check your email inbox or spam for a message that will enable you recover your password.

How do I use Jobnub to search for jobs?

You can search for jobs using categories, job title, company name and location. You can also search jobs using our instant jobs match feature by uploading your resume and let our system scan and match your resumes to Jobs. Once you find a job that interest you and matches your resume, click on the Apply button for application.

Note: Employers in some cases, required that application be completed through jobnub or directly from their career page on their websites.

Can I upload my resume to jobnub for instant jobs match or use it to apply for jobs?

Yes! All you need to do is click on Upload resume at the top right corner of the page, it will take you to your computer where you can upload your updated resume in a pdf or doc file formats - With your resume uploaded, you can easily apply to jobs with a click. On your profile, you can make your resume Public or private.

Who gets access to my resume after I upload to Jobnub?

If you make your resume Public, it will be accessible to registered employers but if you make it private, it will not be accessible.

What is H-1B visa job?

This is an employment based, non-immigrant visa for temporary workers. For this visa, an employer must offer a Job in the US and apply for your H-1B visa petition with the US Immigration Department.

Can I save jobs and later apply for saved jobs?

Yes! You can Save Job to your profile and apply later.

How do I know a job am interested in is posted?

The only way you can know is creating a Job Alert.

Can I edit, update and replace my resume?

You cannot edit your resume on our website but can replace your existing resume with a new resume.

Can employers view my resume and contact me whenever my resume match with any opening?


What is Find Salary tab use for?

It compares salaries, to know what you worth and helps you negotiate.

What is Companies/Reviews? / Will my company review(s) be anonymous?

Review is simply sharing your past or current experience of your employer (Company). Yes! We understand the importance of anonymity, and you can rest assured that your identity will not be revealed.

How do I deactivate my account with jobnub?

If you deactivate your account, know that all your saved information will be deleted permanently. It means you will lose access to your profile and account information. So, it is our advice that you should keep your account active here even if you already found a job in case there is a greater opportunity. Be assure that your information is secure.

To permanently delete your account, go to your profile account and click on Account settings at the bottom-left side bar of your account. It will direct you to a page where you will need to scroll down and cancel your account. Once you click on Cancel account and you agreed to deactivate your account, you will be permanently deleted from jobnub.


Section 2: Employer’s FAQs

What are the geographic regions covered by jobnub?

Though Jobnub is a global product but in United States we cover all States and all U.S. Territories nearby.

Does it cost any money to register as an employer?

No! as an employer, all you need to register is detail information about your company. Click Sing up from the homepage and enter the details to register.

Is my account safe and secure?

Yes! all activities and transactions happen through encrypted (SSL) server.

What is the guarantee that jobnub is the right place to list my jobs and search for potential resumes?

Based on our unique features (Instant jobs match, companies’ reviews, Salary compare, resume upload from jobseekers, current jobs from great companies) we attract millions of unique background visitors monthly. Our site’s traffic comes from jobseekers and employers spread across all States. Also, Jobnub is resourceful in terms of creating clear visibility to all jobs posted as well as serves as a medium for easy hiring using our simple Application Tracking System (JATS).

Can I edit my job posting after it goes online?

Sure! Sign-in to your account and click on “My Posted Jobs,”, you will see “Edit Job” at the right-hand side of the job you trying to edit

When applicants click on my Job listed, will it take them to my career site where they will apply?

It depends on how you plan to execute your hiring process. If you required all Jobseekers to be redirected to your career page when they click on the job, you will need to add the Job’s URL when you post the job on Jobnub.com. However, if you choose to hire through Jobnub platform, Job’s URL is not required when you post the job.

What is Jobnub Application tracking system (JATS)?

Jobnub recruitment software that helps you organize and keep track of all your job openings, resumes, candidates, and contacts while letting you create a powerful yet simple hiring process.

How much does it cost to list a job or unlock potential resumes?

Listing jobs and searching resumes is free but subscription is required to sponsor a job and to unlock potential resumes. To see plans, Please Sign-in to your account and click Membership plans.

How do I sponsor my jobs and how much does it cost?

To sponsor a Job, you need a Membership plan. The cost varies based on number of jobs you want to sponsor. After securing your Membership plan, you simply click the sponsor job check box at the bottom of the Job posting form during your posting. However, for Jobs already posted, you simply click Edit a Job, then click the sponsor Job check box at the bottom and then save.

Are sponsored jobs also known as featured jobs on your site?


How do I access or determine the performance of sponsored jobs?

The performance of sponsored jobs can be determined by the total number of Views garner within a short period of time by the job and total number of applications received.

How much does it cost to list a H -1B Visa job on Jobnub?

Listing H-1B Visa job is free. However, you can sponsor H-1B Visa job to appear visible at the top listing as well as on our slide billboard.

If your services are not satisfactory, can I have my money back?

There will be no refunds or credits for services already used but will get refunds for unused one

I requested for a password reset which does not work. What should I do?

Please check your junk email, the reset link might go to your junk folder.

How do I sign out of jobnub from my computer?

Click on the dropdown at the right-side bar under the logo of your company and logout.
