Job Description
Summary:
Develops and maintains sales relationships with all levels/sizes of customers. Sells products and services to existing and new customers in the field. Handles special projects, as assigned.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Process customer requests.
Handle all return requests and Field Product.
Knowledge and understanding of customer requirements per specifications.
Visit drilling rig operators and contractors.
On call after hours duty applies.
Adjusts and/or coordinates complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Responsible for accurate and timely customer forecasts.
Maintain an understanding of current market and challenges.
Skills/Knowledge
Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of mud pump expendables, centrifugal pumps, and mud line gate valves.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven negotiating skills.
Capability to troubleshoot with customer.
Ability to understand customer’s requirements.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience
8+ years of oilfield services experience.
