Sales Compensation Technology is seeking a motivated, energetic and experienced technologist with an aptitude for servant leadership and passion for maturing modern software engineering practices.

n

The agile leader is a person who embodies the principles and practices of lean/agile leadership. The agile leader has responsibilities for the coaching and career development of direct reports, eliminating system impediments and maturing our engineering practices, advancing our business technology strategy and creating a culture that aspires to continually improve.

This person will be part of the Sales Compensation Technology leadership team.

Qualificationsn

Weu2019re looking for someone with:

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience AND n
* 4+ years of technology experience and/or engineering experience n
* Formal/informal leadership experience n
* Experience as a software engineering practitioner with strong aptitude in additional core disciplines of agility and product driven delivery (u200b u200bProduct Managementu200b, Product Design) n
* Wide experience with a diverse set of technologies and software modernization techniques, approaches, tools, etc.n
* Passion for technology and problem solvingn
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsn
* Facilitation and presentation skillsu2014should be comfortable working with a variety of seniority levelsnn
