As a Retirement Specialist II in our Participant Contact Center, youu2019ll educate and assist 401K participants by answering inbound phone inquiries about their retirement accounts and help them take action to prepare for retirement. Qualificationsnn
* Associates degree or equivalent customer service experience required. Bacheloru2019s degree preferred.n
* Investment Company and Variable Contracts Representative registration may be required.n
* Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines.n
* Results-oriented individuals who can work well in a team environment and are rewarded by helping others.n
* Basic computer skills with ability to efficiently navigate within numerous software and web applications; multitasking and attention to detail are key to being efficient.n

Additional Informationn
Hoursn
To be available to our clients, the hours for this role arenu2019t always traditional business hours. Our department is staffed to help callers Monday through Friday from 6:55 am - 9:10pm. If youu2019re interested in this role, youu2019ll need to be flexible and available for shifts during these hours to meet customer needs. But the good thing, thereu2019s additional pay for shifts ending at 6:00pm or later and youu2019re compensated for the entire shift, not just those few hours.n
