What youu2019ll do:n

As an Asst Director- Project Management in our Retirement & Income Solutions, Individual Solutions business area, youu2019ll work very closely to coach and influence peers and leaders supporting High Level Initiatives in order to take large concepts and break into measurable work! This area is currently building out our Direct to Consumer footprint, allowing us to stay on trend with the way consumers are now shopping and buying financial service products. This is really exciting work for our retirement business!

* Manage a program of multiple complex, high-risk, high-visibility initiatives to successfully accomplish objectives. Utilize and guide others on Agile methodology and approach.n
* Advise leaders on strategically aligned technical and non-technical projects to achieve successful completion.n
* Act as a proponent for the project management framework of the initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing phases, as well as the phase review process.n
* Contribute to organizational learning by leading, mentoring, and coaching leaders throughout the organization, developing and sharing standard methodologies, and taking action to facilitate improvements.n
* Balance contending demands of scope, time, quality, and cost.nn

Qualificationsn

Weu2019re looking for someone with:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 10+ years of related work experience (with 6+ of those years with demonstrated ability within project management)n
* Experience working within agile environmentn
* Process managementn
* Portfolio managementn
* Must have excellent planning/organizational, problem-solving, influencing, analytical, presentation, listening, and oral and written communication skillsn
* Excellent leadership skills required with the ability to build relationships, along with time management and decision-making skillsnn

Additional preferred experience:

* Project Management Professional (PMP) designationn
* Financial services industryn
* Direct to consumer (D2C)nn
