Are you passionate about learning and development? As a Sr. Training Associate youu2019ll be responsible for the execution of the training plan for our Retirement Trust & Custody teams. You will assist with the training project plan, make recommendations and implement training solutions that create an engaging and effective learning environment. In this role you will facilitate role specific training for multiple roles within our Retirement Trust & Custody business. This will require a strong understanding and experience effectively using a variety of training methods, (one-on-one, classroom, blended, just-in-time, team meetings, virtual meetings, etc.). Additional responsibilities may include:

* Partner with Training and Education team to develop and implement analysis, planning, and the delivery of onboarding, training, and learning needs of staff.n
* Collaborate with the leadership team to propose learning strategies and programs to ready our employees for future.nn
Qualificationsnn
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 8 years or related experience.n
* Trust and Custody experiencen
* Strong written/verbal communication experience required.n
* Project management experience.n
* Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, planning, facilitation, and presentation skills.n
* Demonstrate effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).n
* Must be results driven and detail oriented with the ability to manage and lead change in a dynamic environment.nn
