Job Description

Purpose & Objective of Position

The workload in the Virtual Project Room (VPR) continues to grow and still needs extra hands to continue with highest efficiency. Main tasks are to support organizing the VPR managing Premium Engagement Service Delivery especially for New MaxAttention Projects which are all key contributors to a strong PE Revenue.

Virtual Project Room core member takes care of CRM Case Maintenance, Front office Requests, Planning Reviews and QAs, Reporting, Documentation, Data Cleansing and more.

Expectations & Tasks

Enhance the documentation in the VPR JAM Page
Create new Customer Cases in CRM@SAP
Maintain and update existing CRM Cases
Create and maintain Customer Engagement Collaboration Rooms in SharePoint
Follow-up on Activities and update them in CRM
Scan the VPR Inbox and assign tasks
Schedule meetings and take minutes/actions
Use SAP BI for reporting purposes
Use Dashboards and SAP CRM to generate monthly VPR NA Newsletters
Analyze data in CRM (e.g. search for isolated Service Orders)
Contact Technical Quality Manager (TQM) for status updates (e.g. confirmation of Go Live)
Analyze customer lists and identify cleanup tasks
Testing new App’s on the basis of test cases
Participate in team meetings, review the ongoing patterns and trends of work and propose potential mechanisms for improvement and simplification

Skills / Competencies

High sense of data quality
High sense for transparent reporting and simple information design
Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook
High level of personal responsibility and due diligence (i.e. following up on tasks)

Educational Requirements

Will learn during internship:

CRM@SAP
SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
DBS BI Reporting (incl. Cloud for Analytics)
SAP Premium Engagement Service Offerings (MaxAttention, Active Attention, Value Assurance)

Qualifications

Completion of bachelor's degree in 2021 or 2022
