NGMS is headquartered in Baltimore, MD and is leading global provider, manufacturer, and integrator of advanced, secure, and agile software defined systems and solutions. Mission System 39;s Field Engineering Team is seeking an experienced Geospatial Image Analyst in support of the STARLite system. These high profile, dynamic systems provide direct support to US troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The qualified candidates must be military trained or certified Geospatial Image Analysts. The qualified candidate will perform an Image Analyst role and provide a crucial bridge between our customer community and the engineering team, ensuring that system capabilities meet Warfighter needs. This highly visible position requires a strong technical background, solid understanding of our customer expectations, and the ability to work comfortably and effectively with team members as well as the military operators. Strong interpersonal and presentational skills are essential. The position requires CONUS and OCONUS travel for extended periods of time and will require travel to Elevated Threat Countries, including Afghanistan and Iraq.
Candidates will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
bull;Functioning as a MTI Image Analyst, utilizing a forward deployed PED
bull;Producing EOM products with the STARLITE radar and associated systems
bull;Preparing MTI intelligence products to support the mission commander
bull;Assisting in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action
bull;Provide live third seat operation of the radar conducting SAR/CCD processing
bull;Provide live third seat operation of the radar conducting MTI call outs and cross cues
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of Intelligence and Imagery Analysis or Multi-INT Fusion experience, with six months in a combat theater, or one year experience supporting a combat theater from a CONUS/OCUNUS PED.
* Military Analyst training or Civilian Geospatial Image Analyst certification or degree
* National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Geographic Information Systems Course or equivalent
* Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (must have been used within the last year)
* Versed in military tactics and geospatial imagery
* Able to travel on short or long term assignments to support the product (75%)
* Experience with theater operations and ISR TTPS
* Experience with Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of remotely sensed data (such as Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Imagery, Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (AGI), Imagery from National Technical Means (NTM), Full Motion Video (FMV), Dismount and Ground - Moving Target Indicator (MTI)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of airborne radar systems
* Experience supporting ISR assets as a payload or sensor operator
* Demonstrated capabilities in improving teamwork, communications, and information flow; strong problem solving skills
* Familiar with the operation of: NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, Intelink, Microsoft Office Suite, SOCET GXP 3.2, MOVINT Client, AFRL Atlantis Server, Google Earth SIPR; Data Tracker, GETS, ArcGIS, BRAT, MIST
