Assist TDLs with requisition of tooling, kitting of material and consumable in preparation for Navy Modernization Installations.
Assists TDLs and AIT Leads in release of warehouse material and shipment/delivery to naval installations. Coordinates with SAIW Warehouse/Tool Cage personnel to support waterfront TDLs.
Performs Admin duties in support of SAIW Resource Management Team.
Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Work with Resource Manager and Coordinator to track TDs, manpower requests and badging/access for assigned workforce.
Well versed at Microsoft Office programs to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project. Ability to manage Program SharePoint data for historical recordkeeping, record retrieval and organization.
Ability to read and interpret shipboard drawings for development of Bill of Materials and procurement.
Develops, tracks and compiles data derived from Installation Daily Status Reports, timesheets, TDs
Coordinates and schedules training, certifications, and access requirements for personnel performing Naval Modernization Tasks.
Coordinates conference calls, meetings, and customer visits to include confirming JPAS request submission.
Develops Statements of Work, Procurement requests and tracks Purchase Orders for timely processing/closeout.
Compiles data from Installationsto build templates for Drawing Reviews, POAM development, Installation Readiness Reviews, 25/50/75% Reviews, and After Action Reports.
Performs various office administration and program duties as assigned.
Must be able to obtain access to Local Naval Installations and Shipyards.
