This position can be located in either Springfield VA or St Louis MO.
As our teams Quality Assurance/Config Mgt Analyst you will continuously evaluate and adjust the monitored performance management baseline to align to customer stakeholder priorities and program objectives.
As the Quality Assurance/Config Mgt Analyst you will use your expertise to identify relationships within monitored performance data and governance documents to deliver enriching context. The result of your assessments provide control benchmarks for monitored performance data with context to program objectives. The context of these benchmarks are used to develop dashboards and reports to effectively communicate performance elements for use by the operations team, development teams, and critical evaluation by our stakeholders, and customer PMO.
Our focus is to communicate achievement of program objectives, technical performance measures, and schedule performance, including Agile EVM data.
Required Skills:
Experience conducting continuous evaluations of quality performance measurement functions and processes to ensure earliest opportunity to take appropriate action to improve or simplify processes.
Demonstrated ability to explore opportunities to leverage the best practices and lessons learned of other organizations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program quality processes.
Experience with internal Configuration Management (CM) Governance documentation and Audits to find and correct gaps in compliance
Challenges the status quo, hungry to explore, evaluate, understand new technologies, and wish to share insights
Experience working with federal government clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
Performs duties with opportunity to exercise initiative, independent judgement and discretion under minimal supervision.
Experience with agile software development teams with a focus on delivering value to the customer
Experience evaluating deliverables conform to the Quality Control Plan
Works closely with the Release Train Engineer to measure and manage the Agile Release Train using a metrics driven approach
Implementing cross program processes to measure and track the progress of the agile implementation
Experience with capturing data out of JIRA
Experience developing and editing SharePoint dashboards and portals
Experience maintaining and delivering a Quality Control Plan.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-managed, strong self-organization skills, and eager to contribute
Keen attention to detail and analytical mindset
Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain or active CI Poly
5+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
