Position Title: Audit Clerk

Reports to: Quality Supervisor

Location: Pataskala, OH

Job Summary:

The Quality Audit Team ensures that organizational processes and the goods and services that result comply with the first quality standards set forth by the business.

The Audit Clerk is specifically responsible for inspecting goods/deliverables and auditing order fulfillment processes to ensure they meet with first quality, operational and efficiency standards. In this role, the audit clerk identifies, evaluates, catalogs and communicates both wins and issues with product and fulfillment processes within the distribution center.

Job Duties:

* Audit goods and deliverables for compliance with quality standards

* Audit inbound and outbound fulfillment processes for adherence to quality & production standards

* Identify situations, etc., where quality requirements are being met, as well as identify opportunities for improvement and communicate to Quality Supervisor

* Complete daily audit reports and communicate trends to Quality Supervisor

* Assist in keeping work area(s) orderly and void of debris

* Reinforce team member adherence to safety standards

* Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

* Keen eye for detail, above-average analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency with use of a computer for data entry and communication

* Basic skills in Microsoft Excel other MS Office products

* Clear and effective communicator, both orally and with written word

* Responsible, dependable and has a strong work ethic

* Focused on continuous improvement

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision

* Ability to work at a fast pace to meet demands and fulfillment deadlines

* Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization

* Ability work independently and as part of a diverse team of auditors

Preferred Qualifications:

* Must have experience with computers including Microsoft Office Suite

* Must have prior warehouse experience (receiving, put-away, picking and/or packing experience a plus)

* Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis

* Prior experience with pallet jack and PIT a plus
