KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Transformation Delivery for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and support delivery of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to project, program or portfolio management
* Manage small to medium sized team delivery large business transformation projects; lead and manage the project plan and develop the deliverables for clients as outlined in the contract
* Assist clients in manage applications and products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring business relevance, adoption and continuous improvement
* Partner with stakeholders and project team to validate requirements; work with business stakeholders to understand the business needs and value; champion the client's product vision
* Collaborate with team to define acceptance criteria and lead agile meetings; adopt a proactive approach to identifying issues and options where appropriate; engage with KPMG leadership to continuously improve delivery services, build capabilities or develop advisory methodologies for project, program or portfolio management
* Manage small to medium sized team delivering large business transformation projects
Qualifications:
* A minimum of five years of experience with project or program management, project delivery, or as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master or Site Reliability Engineer
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; PMP, Certified BA, ScrumMaster, CSPO or SAFe Certification a plus
* Proficient in software development with experience in software integration projects, DevOps, Microsoft D365 or SAP HANA
* Experience in translating product concepts and ideas into Epics and User Stories and agile development knowledge and experience with Jira, Confluence, or Agile collaboration tools
* Experience in Telecommunications or Technology industries
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Travel may be up to 80-100%
