As a member of the Human Resources team, the Associate Solutions Developer will work with a team that partners across the organization to revise and improve upon business process efficiency, providing employees an easier, more efficient and better managed system of operation. The incumbent will develop solutions (Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and/or other systems) to provide ease of function, efficiency, error reduction, and waste elimination while taking into account all stakeholders and future analytic needs.

Specifically, the Developer will:

* Develop, implement, and manage application solutions (Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path, SAP BusObjects-BI/BW, SAP HCM), that improve process and reduce waste, leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality while building in-depth understanding of customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints.
* Participate in Process Improvement and Waste Reduction initiatives.
* Develop process measurement standards, collaborate on department and company wide requirements.
* Create, manage, and update standard work documentation for teams processes as well as newly created applications and business processes.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Business, Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent (combination of education/experience/certification)
* Experience with application development (SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Access and other relational databases)
* Experience with SharePoint site creation and content management

Preferred:

* Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900) certification
* M Code experience in the Power Platform
* Advanced Experience with Excel including complex formula creation, VBA, and data integrations.
* Process improvement experience

Hours and Travel

Maintain regular, predictable and punctual attendance. Work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime. Meet travel requirements of the position.
