Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) is seeking a Procurement Specialist II professional to support the Material Pricing and CAPA Compliance Team. This position is primarily responsible for sourcing and acquiring supplier quotes/proposals in support of Department of Defense (DoD) & other government prime contracts as well as overall responsibility of supplier management during proposal stage. Specific duties include: supplier identification, RFQ/RFP generation, quote/proposal analysis, supplier negotiations, documentation, price analysis, commercial item determination, supplier follow-up, Bill of Material (BOM) consolidation, and participation in process improvement projects. The effective candidate will need to effectively collaborate with Supply Chain Program Management, Engineering, and other functions as necessary to ensure on-time delivery of compliant supplier quotes/proposals and other cost estimates.
Required Skills:
2+ years applicable experience preferably in Supply Chain and/or Contracts
Ability to multi-task and perform in an adaptable, fast paced, changing environment
Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships based on mutual respect with internal and external customers, peers and team members

Use standard computer systems focused on supplier management processes (PRISM/SAP)
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Administration, Economics or related discipline.
