Spring Mountain Treatment Center provides inpatient and outpatient services for children, adolescents and adults in the Las Vegas area. We provide a caring and healthy environment that gives individuals a chance to make positive changes.

Placing a loved one in a treatment program is not an easy decision for a parent, guardian or family member to make. It is most often a very difficult and emotional decision, but is necessary in order to keep them safe and provide him or her with a new beginning.

A key to our services is the ability to work collaboratively with the patient, family or referring provider during treatment. Our team of psychiatrists, nurses and social workers work together to create an atmosphere where patients feel safe and a plan to return home.

Spring Mountain Treatment Center is currently seeking a Full-Time Cook.

Under the supervision of the Director of Dietary Services, prepares, seasons, and cooks food for the hospital patients, employees, and visitors. Cooks prepare and serve food in accordance with menus, diet specifications, and sanitary practices. Presentation and customer service skills are key for the position.

Qualifications

High School graduate, with minimum two year's experience in the kitchen. Must have the ability to assess food and supply items relative to daily scheduled menus, as well as, for special events and/or activities. Must consistently maintain a safe and clean working environment, following both Spring Mountain and the State Of Nevada Policy and Procedures.
