Tyson Foods is looking for a Lead Analyst Applications in their Information Technology organization to serve as a key business engagement resource within our Prepared Foods and Supply Chain IT Teams. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys helping solve complex problems.

Do I have the skills?

The ideal candidate will need to be able to effectively communicate business requirements to IT Architecture and Technical Analysts to find solutions to fit needed business outcomes. They will work cross-functionally and help drive key strategic initiatives occurring in these space to transform our existing applications to better enable of business decision making. They must be capable of driving outcome-based conversations at every level of the organization and work in multi-functional efforts to drive successful technology facilitation.

Requirements:

Location: Springdale, AR

Education: College degree or Vocational Technical education in Computer Science Information Systems or other technical area preferred.

Experience: 5 years of industry experience. Previous business analyst experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Advanced general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office preferred

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with customers peers and management required. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required. Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.
