As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in driving price optimization across a broad range of products. You will work closely with segment and regional marketing, finance and sales to establish pricing programs aligned with business plan strategies.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Develop, evaluate, implement and monitor pricing strategies and models based upon near-term business and competitive market dynamics
* Provide trended ASP projections for long-term strategy plans, including budgetary pricing
* Work with internal stakeholders in continuous improvement efforts for new processes
* Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis
* Close collaboration with business partners to find opportunities for price optimization
* Ability to effectively communicate proposals and negotiation options at management levels
* Create/administer pricing databases and coordinates the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
* Ensure necessary pricing controls and monitors to enable and drive optimum pricing performance to meet business objectives
* Close interaction with Sales before, during and after the negotiation
* Key partner in cross-business unit (BU) pricing policies

Minimum Qualifications:

* A Bachelors degree in Business or MBA and 5+ years in a similar or equivalent field
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Validated ability to influence and challenge outcomes to get results
* Strong communication, consulting, interpersonal and presentation skills

Preferred:

* Sales or sales operations
* Process flows/continuous improvement
