As a creative operations manager for ninety6, Progressive’s in-house agency, you’ll oversee workflow strategy while establishing processes and infrastructure that will influence the overall efficiency within the creative development process and across marketing. You’ll direct the work of people involved in brand strategic development, creative management, creative development, production, and internal/external communications. You’ll create and influence operational business goals, strategies, and processes for marketing, by implementing and testing operational efficiencies inclusive of workflow structures, staffing, tools, and systems. In addition, you’ll manage a team of operations and creative professionals.

Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or related field of study (e.g., Marketing/Advertising) and a minimum 6 years' experience years of related work experience (e.g., managing multi-faceted work teams, operational and process improvements)
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing/advertising/business operations managing cross-functional resources
Preferred skills
Proven leadership skills with an ability to motivate, influence and effectively manage others
Experience with project management, creative and production workflows, planning, and asset management
Strong ability to collaborate with other business professionals to align business process with business objectives
Demonstrated experience in strategic decision making
Ability to communicate effectively, facilitate large meetings, and present recommendations, along with the ability to bridge communication gaps and mitigate obstacles
Compensation
$86,400 - $115,200/year
