Supervisor, Indirect Tax
Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do
Prepare all indirect tax returns and related audits, tax research and tax planning
Compile data for development of systems and logic for approval by management
Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns
Prepare or review information used in tax audits
Act as secondary approval/reviewer for filing data and audit information provided by analysts prior to final sign off by tax management team
Review proposals for tax implications and recommends action that meet the business plans while helping to manage tax liability
Your passion is sparked by:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of related experience with transactional tax and/or equivalent education/experience
Solid accounting skills and basic general ledger plus familiarity with Accounting from Income Tax required
Firm understanding of tax laws that affect the company
Proven ability to self-manage/prioritize strict deadlines and ability to work on problems of moderate scope
Strong oral and written communications skills with a track record of building productive internal/external working relationships
Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel and Word
