You will manage one or more contact center vendors dedicated to Starbucks programs. Through building strong relationships, owning the service strategy and managing their performance to key business metrics, you will ensure our vendors embody the Starbucks Mission and Values and deliver best service moments for our Partners and Customers.
As a vendor performance advisor, you will…
• Operations Management - You will provide ongoing performance management across one or more contact center vendors and drive continuous improvement. You will conduct regular business reviews to ensure compliance, effectiveness and performance to contractual obligations. You will prepare and analyze data as needed. You will proactively identify and act upon areas of performance risk and opportunity.
• Stakeholder Management - You will develop and sustain strong trust based relationships with both vendor partners and internal business partners to ensure alignment & delivery of business unit priorities. You will implement programs & initiatives to drive a high-performance culture across all vendor sites.
• Program Management - Consult on and ensure all initiatives are accurately received and implemented by our contact center vendors. You will lead or contribute to special projects as assigned.
We’d love to hear from people with:
• Previous experience in contact center, vendor management or retail operations, 3-5 years
• Formal or informal project management experience, 2-3 years
• Management experience in retail or contact centers, 1-2 years
• Experience working in a cross functional environment, 1-2 years
• Bachelor's Degree or significant relevant experience
