PCC Structurals is the world leader in superalloy, aluminum and titanium investment casting. With applications in jet aircraft engines, airframes, industrial gas turbine (IGT) engines, military armaments, medical prosthesis, and many other industrial markets, we provide a wide portfolio of highquality components, some as large as 100 inches (250cm).

Position Summary

Test and inspect products at various stages of the production process, from inprocess to final inspection. Testing will include CMM, dimensional and mechanical. Generate internal nonconforming reports. Enter and analyze test and SPC data. Weekends and/or other shifts coverage as needed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Provides inspection activity to maximize product reliability and minimize cost throughout the production part cycle.

q Operate CMM to run previously proven programs for First Piece, Inprocess, and Final Inspection.

q Correlates CMM Inspection data with hand inspection tools and/or surface plate instructions including micrometers, indicators, height gages, etc.

q Issue internal nonconformance reports.

q Data/SPC entry and analysis.

q Proficient with GD&T.

q Perform dimensional and mechanical testing.

Experience & Education

2+ years experience in
operating using PCDMIS software.

Required Skills

CMM Inspection

Use of PCDMIS software

Blueprint Reading

Basic computer skills with Word, Excel and Access

Fluent in English for communication, reading and writing

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and have good hand dexterity.

Desired Skills

Polywork software is a plus.
