FUNCTION: Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain
Position Overview
Scope & Impact:
* The scope of the role is global technical governance including the entire Beverages for Life (B4L) product portfolio.
* The role has an impact and influence over the fit for purpose KO system QSE governance integration, implementation and continuous improvement including new ventures and existing TCCS technical operations globally.
* The role is responsible to support the Global QSE governance leader building the KO QSE governance for growth in line with the Connected but Not Integrated (CbNI) and the conventional franchise business model requirements.
* The role is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributor within the networked organization. The role includes the functional areas of: KORE standards and requirements, fit for purpose governance integration and development, QSE knowledge sharing, Technical Risk Management, trend analysis, orchestration of global mitigation programs.
Focus Areas:
The Technical Governance integration manager will have two key responsibilities:
* Work with new ventures and OU and global technical teams to develop roadmaps to integrate KO Technical Governance in the respective businesses.
* Work with GAO, OU Technical, new ventures, internal and external technical risk management experts and proactively identify new and/or amended fit for purpose technical governance elements to build our KORE to support growth
The following areas define the key focus of the role:
* Fit for purpose governance: Define, create and steward the QSE governance roadmaps to meet the requirements of the Connected but Not Integrated (CbNI) and conventional (including franchise bottling operations and co-packers) business model requirements.
* M&A Due Diligence: Work closely with the M&A Team to proactively identify and track QSE governance requirements prior, during and post acquisitions.
* Technical Risk Management (TRM) and GAO: Collaborate with the TRM and GAO teams to identify proactively necessary changes in our KORE requirements.
Accountable and responsible to have in place and track technical governance roadmaps with compliance and continuous improvement demonstrated.
Support to ensure and share responsibility that all QSE license to operate and KORE requirements, global governance framework are in place.
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Work Focus
* Create, maintain and track the fit for purpose governance and metrics, drive compliance with the system partners and lead initiative planning across the networked organization to achieve goals.
* No QSE incidents due to inadequate technical governance in place
* Develop and deliver the correct level of capability build, communication, coaching and training to the system operations:
* Connect strategically with external and internal networks and stakeholders to drive performance and benchmarking efforts, shape forward looking technical governance strategies and support transforming people and organizational capabilities accordingly.
* Develop, implement and continuously improve the relevant performance models and systems to track risks and global mitigation plans.
Communication Focus
* Work with internal functions and networks OU Technical, GAO, M&A, FS, SRA, PACS, SC, New Ventures.
* Define and communicate technical governance roadmaps and compliance tracking
* Deal predominately with situations where other parties have shared interests or opposing interests related to governance agenda development and implementation plans.
* Think outside-in and is well connected, involve a broader set of stakeholders in decision making.
* Communication with multiple key stakeholders to influence and gain alignment on the short- and the long- term technical governance strategies.
Experience
Technical management experience in large-scale transformation programs, change management, QSE governance. Proven successful track record in influencing diverse teams. Technical/QSE operations 10+ years with at least 5 years in operational technical/QSE roles.

* Quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, sustainability (QSE); Deep knowledge of Agri SC QSE governance, Animal welfare, PSA/SGP
* Mastery skills to translate scientific, technological, QSE and SC concepts, audit results to relevant fit for purpose governance
BROAD EXPERTISE (GOOD TO HAVE)
* Understanding and ability to apply transformation and performance enablement systems and programs; change management
* Franchise and functional leadership Broad strategy development and influencing within an OU and globally, within the enterprise and across partners, bottlers, new ventures and external networks
* Public Affairs and Communication, Scientific Regulatory Affairs
* Foresight on future knowledge, skills and Capabilities in Technical, QSE & Innovation. Ability to anticipate potential future scenarios and incorporate into innovation designs and strategies.
