Your role:
We are seeking a seasoned senior marketing manager to build and lead our campaign and regional marketing team globally for CloudBlue. This is a new role with a huge opportunity to build and grow. This role will lead the team to drive lead generation for CloudBlue solutions, focusing on account-based marketing tactics for our enterprise targets and broader demand generation for our mid-market targets. He/she will develop tight alignment with sales, product marketing, and our extended team on a global level. The right person for this job will be an enthusiastic, self-starter who is excited to help our CloudBlue marketing and sales team accelerate the prospect lifecycle and win new business.
What you'll be doing:
Lead global campaign strategy, planning and execution, driving new content and demand gen campaigns that align with CloudBlue sales goals
Ensure strong interlock with regional and global sales leaders and reps, tying marketing strategy and activities directly to their objectives
Build and lead a team of marketing managers to execute and optimize campaigns at regional levels
Lead engagements with agencies to drive specialized regional marketing
Collaborate with digital marketing managers on paid media strategy and campaign
Align directly with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) on lead quality, working continuously to optimize campaign performance
Develop a deep understanding of CloudBlue’s overall strategy, target audience, and customer base in order to develop effective campaign messaging
Drive strategy for content creation to support campaigns and regional marketing, providing clear direction for product marketing, copywriters, agencies and analysts to bring new content to life
Ensure thorough coverage and penetration of our target account list and lookalike mid-market audience targets
Collect and analyze campaign results, reporting and sharing insights with leadership

What you bring to the role:
8+ years of relevant work in campaigns and marketing, preferably in B2B and tech/software
2+ years of marketing leadership
Experience building and implementing ABM marketing strategy and campaigns including integrated digital marketing, sponsored publications, email, social, direct mail and content
Experience working with or leading field marketing
Compassionate leader who is purposeful with their engagements with the team
Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proactive, self-starter with enthusiasm for challenges
Ability to work with ambiguity and unexpected change
Familiarity with modern marketing platforms and tools such as CRM (Salesforce.com, Dynamics), marketing automation (Eloqua, Pardot), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), paid search (Google, Bing), and reporting (Domo, Adobe, Tableau)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
