Business Summary:

The Modern Applications Platform Business Unit (MAPBU)Operations team is looking for a Program Manager tosupport business operations andhelpdrive a positiveemployee experiencefor all MAPBU team members. This Program Manager will report directly to the Director of Employee Experience and willpartner cross functionally to develop and implement programs that will help create a positive and compelling employee experience that enables all MAPBU employees to do their best work.

The team is seeking a self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Must have ability to efficiently organize,drive multiple programs at once,and take initiative with minimal guidance.

Job Role & Responsibility:

* Manage the execution ofemployee engagement programs that increase team member alignment,drive inclusion,and empower employees with the confidence toinnovate

* Support MAPBU culture definition and activation efforts

* Roll outchange management strategies assignificantchanges areintroduced

* Analyze employee engagement survey data to identify key areas for strategicdevelopment

* Support leadership alignment sessions, quarterly business reviews, and other BU events

* Manage the roll out and administration of tools owned by the MAPBU Employee Experience or Operations team

* Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutioningefforts

* Manage multiple projects simultaneouslyandprovide coordination between groups and VMware team members on all aspects of aproject

Required Skills:

* Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

* Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to balance multiple, high-urgency projects simultaneously and effectively prioritizecommitments

* Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large data sets (employee database, qualitative and quantitative survey data)andsynthesizing data into executive summaries to create a compelling case forchange

* Experience defining and executing Change Management strategies

* Ability to perform quality work within deadlines with or without directsupervision

* Ability to interact with entire organization including senior management, with confidence and ease and manage senior stakeholders, when necessary

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster strong businesspartnerships

* Trustworthy and approachable with the maturity to handle confidentialinformation

* Highlyorganized,collaborative,and detail oriented

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite tools

Preferred Skills:

* Experience working inhigh-tech is appreciated, but notrequired
