Sr. Specialist -- Digital Lead Generation & Analytics
Position Description
The Sr Specialist, Lead Generation & Analytics, will help build, manage and optimize Ally's digital lead generation and customer growth efforts through the various lines of business across the enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded candidate to both manage lead gen campaigns and also use data to understand and enhance campaign performance.
Job Responsibilities
* Help manage and optimize lead gen programs for Mortgage, Lending, Invest, Deposits businesses
* Focus on daily operations, budgeting, vendor management, etc. to support and grow key relationships
* Analyze campaign data (lead pricing, conversion, revenue, etc.) to understand program performance
* Coordinate with Branding, Legal, Compliance partners to gain approvals for new digital campaigns
* Work with Sourcing and Finance partners to manage 3rd-party contracts and spending levels
* Monitor and adjust campaigns daily based on changing business needs, market dynamics, etc.
* Track and report campaign performance and determine which strategies working best
* Explore options to improve performance, coordinating with partners to test and optimize
* Develop subject matter skillset and become a trusted resource to marketing and business partners
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with focus on lead generation and analytics
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business/economics, technology, data/analytics or related field
* Strong analytical ability and comfort doing data analysis in MS Excel (e.g., formulas, charts, pivot tables)
* Creative problem solver with a passion for data driven results and ability to improve business outcomes
* Attention to detail and able to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
* Ability to analyze/interpret data--providing insightful summaries and recommendations
* Hardworking self-starter with a passion to learn the business
* Experience working with budgeting, vendor management and KPI improvements
* Clear understanding of banking products, including conversion funnel metrics and levers for success
* Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams in a matrixed environment
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as presentation skills (MS Powerpoint)

The Marketing Team is made up of dedicated world class marketing and communications professionals who are responsible for the strategic development and execution of campaigns and initiatives to support Ally, its business lines and product offerings. In addition, the external communications arm of marketing is responsible for advancing Ally's corporate reputation and promoting the company's strategic objectives by developing and executing communications plans for the media and external stakeholders. Marketing also has responsibility for the Ally brand, social media, customer engagement, media relations and cross sell efforts. Additionally, the marketing team oversees enterprise research and delivers insight, tools and trends to the enterprise.
