What youll achieve
As the Antitrust/Competition Legal Counsel, you will provide counsel to Dells Legal Department, Internal Audit, key business stakeholders and management on legal and compliance risks under Dells antitrust policies and related laws globally. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Legal for Strategic Sales, Services & Infrastructure, you will provide direction on the development of internal governance policies and practices to mitigate compliance risk and provide accurate and timely counsel to executives, legal and business partners on the application of competition law and practice.
You will:
* Support Dells annual legal and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessment and mitigation processes
* Lead, perform or support investigations of alleged team member or third-party violations of antitrust law, applicable Dell policies, Dells Code of Conduct or Dells Partner Code of Conduct
* Collaborate with legal colleagues and key stakeholders to devise efficient defense strategies
* Oversee Dells competition compliance program
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with regulators to allow credible communications, proactive resolution of regulatory issues
* Keep abreast of legislative changes and provide interpretation of new laws in relation to Dells antitrust compliance program materials
* Assist in the annual review of antitrust training materials, policies, standards and other program materials

Essential Requirements
* JD degree with admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction required
* 5+ years relevant experience either in-house or with a leading law firm
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of various antitrust and competition laws
* Experience working internationally on competition compliance matters
* Ability to work closely with Dell business and legal teams to anticipate legal compliance issues or risks and to see around the corner
Desired Requirements
* Experience working for and/or directly with antitrust regulators a plus
