The AMER Renewals Sales Operations organization is looking for detail oriented and analytical individuals. You will be responsible for modeling, projections and data compilation of subscription and perpetual renewals. You will also be accountable for driving financial and operational success through development of actionable analytic insights into data-oriented strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide critical business insight based on business acumen and data analysis, be able to identify issues and recommend meaningful and creative action plans
* Work with cross functional departments (finance, quoting, data teams, etc) to ensure additional ad-hoc reporting needs are delivered
* Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, consolidation, and analysis
* Administer, manage, and report on revenue forecasting using VMware methodology and automation/forecasting tools, drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards within subscription and perpetual business
* Drive data quality, process and automation activities that improve process efficiencies
* Accuracy in work delivered and in a timely manner
* Generate regular and ad-hoc metric analysis for Sales Leadership Team to monitor performance across a range of key business drivers and sales team performance

Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field
* Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in data or analytics-based role in a relatable industry
* Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details
* Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) as well as Oracle, SAP, SQL, SFDC
* SaaS experience preferred
* Must be able to build custom reports and dashboards
* Experience with working in a Renewals focused department or inside sales team
* Confident individual with enthusiasm and aptitude to create, catalog & optimize process flow maps & reporting-suite guides
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task
