As part of the dynamic Global Marketing team and reporting to the Manager, Global Demand Insights in the Demand Services group, the AMER Demand and Campaign Analytics Manager is responsible for reporting on all digital, solution, and geo campaigns in the global Demand Center.
The AMER Demand and Campaign Analytics Manager will deliver actionable insights to marketing leadership on a regular cadence, identifying opportunities for real time and future enhancement of marketing activities.
Experience with Excel and data intelligence platforms is a must in order to navigate multiple data lakes effectively to uncover insights and trends. A solid understanding of Marketing strategy and Marketing technology platforms including marketing automation and demand generation platforms is necessary.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious and a collaborator who can switch seamlessly from complex data analysis in Excel to communicating clear and concise actionable insights to senior leaders via dashboards and PowerPoint.
As a member of this fast-paced global organization and a distributed global team, your days will cross multiple global time zones as you help centralize our Marketing reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Track all marketing programs and provide reports to business leaders with results, insights, anomalies and trends
* Liaise regularly with the Demand Execution, Demand Design, Field Marketing, Strategy & Ops and Sales teams to ensure they are seeing and understanding the results and getting access to campaign analysis
* Partner with AMER GEO Field Marketing leadership to deliver key marketing insights and effectively communicate the business impact of marketing activities
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of key business metrics and use those metrics to improve Marketing performance reporting
* Work closely with the Marketing Program Managers to identify and define KPIs and built out a reporting cadence against those KPIs
* Create templates for marketers to use for forecasting
* Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, tools, and information
Requirements:
* Education: Business Analytics, Mathematics, Marketing, or another related field
* 6+ years work experience in data-driven roles across Marketing, Analytics or Finance preferably with experience in the Tech industry
* A love of analytics and a proven track record of problem solving and analyzing data to identify actionable insights that drive business decisions
* Collaborative, able to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting and communicating with individuals and teams across Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe
* Strong communication skills with experience delivering results to executive leaders
* Highly organized with a very keen attention to detail ability to prioritize
* Ability to troubleshoot and work well under pressure
* Strong Excel, data analysis experience (Tableau, SAP BI, SFDC, etc)
