Come join the largest Specialty Pharmacy in the United States! We have a new opportunity on the Customer Service Team for a Customer Service Supervisor - Call Center in Buffalo Grove, IL.

As the Customer Service Supervisor you will supervise the customer service staff, and provide direction to the staff within Pharmacy Operations to ensure that patient requests are met and prescription orders are process in an accurate and efficient manner. You are also responsible for directing daily workflow, evaluating and reviewing performance, coaching and counseling, disciplinary action, interviewing/hiring and daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed. In order to be successful in the role you will need to utilize your ability to effectively manage people and provide team leadership while maintaining extreme accuracy, and attention to detail and data standards.

This shift and schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 10:30am- 7:00pm and Friday from 11:30am- 8:00pm Friday. The first two weeks will be training and training hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30PM.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of work experience within a customer service, call center, or patient services capacity.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in production environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree within Health Sciences, Communications or similar field.
- Experienced in insurance and third party terms and medical terminology.
- Experience with Data Entry systems and reporting tools that accompany those systems.
- Pharmacy Technician License

Education
- Verifiable high school diploma or GED
