Job Description
The Rebates Reconciliation Finance Manager provides leadership and manages the day to day activities of a team of Consultants, Senior Consultants and Advisors that support the administration of pharmaceutical contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, ongoing coaching and feedback of personnel, goals and expectation setting, career development planning, and performance reviews. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, meeting contractual obligations through accurate and timely submissions of claims / reports and subsequent cash collection and reconciliation.

Duties :
Monitoring full cash collection, ensuring for timely collections within the contractual terms and reviewing payment reconciliations, ensuring write ups and write downs are both accurate and acceptable
Working with internal and external partners to resolve manufacturer disputes
Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports to foster their development and aid them in career progression
Assisting the departmental efforts in maintaining adequate process controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley testing and audits, both internal and external
Interacting with various levels of the organization, as well as, with external pharmaceutical counterparts.

Required Qualifications
5 years of Accounting / Finance / Operations
Experience may include internships or Masters degree with 3 years of Accounting / Finance / Operations experience to include internships.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CVS Caremark Benefit Design and / or Formulary
Experience with pharmaceutical products, pharmaceutical industry and contracts
Experience in data mining using RxNavigator and / or SQL
Management experience in an analytics or finance oriented group
Degree with a concentration in Math, Finance, Economics or Accounting

Education
Bachelor's Degree required
