Duties:
As a key member of our Accounts Payable team, the Staff Accountant will play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate AP Department. Specific duties include the following:
Participation in month and year-end closes
Interact and assist North America employees with Expense Report reimbursements
Primary Contact with Bank for the Company Travel & Entertainment credit cards
Review and Process monthly Company Central Bills
Monthly Account analysis & reconciliations of Cash Advance account
Preparation of monthly journal entries
Special projects and audits
Job Requirements
In addition to the qualifications and experience listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
Bachelors degree in Accounting
1-3 years related progressive experience.
Proficient in MS Excel required.
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently
Ability to analyze and prioritize information to determine critical issues and accurate conclusions
Meticulous attention to detail; committed to producing accurate and high-quality work
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
