Summary

Were looking for a top-notch Mobile Application Test Engineer with a focus on quality who has experience with Android mobile testing. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, can meet industry and regulatory standards, and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

* Development of test scenarios following design and requirement documents to ensure intended behavior is verified
* Write automated integration and functional tests for native mobile application
* Interact with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects in a detailed, efficient, and timely manner
* Maintain, report test results and investigate test failures
* Participate in code reviews with peers
* Work in a highly regulated software environment
* Focus on patient safety

Required Skills:

* Bachelors degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Master's degree preferred
* 5 or more years of test automation experience with at least 2 or more in the Android platform
* Knowledge of mobile hardware and software platforms
* Hands-on experience with at least one of the following automation frameworks
* Appium
* Selenium
* Espresso
* Desire to learn, explore and push team practices to modern standards
* Work within Continuous Integration environments
* Team player willing to collaborate with peers
* Effective communicator and writer
* Independent contributor who requires less or little supervision

Preferred Skills:

* Experience automating with Java, Kotlin, Android Studio
* Understanding of mobile interface guidelines
* Exposure of mobile cloud farms
