The Position
This position will serve as the Head of Engineering for Strategic Services and Advanced Technology, with focus on Architecture, Platform/Service Optimization and Transformation for Products/Services that include RPA, CRM, ECM, Intelligent Capture, Document Composition, and Electronic Signature.
Responsibilities
Establish strategy, plans, roadmaps.
Represent and Drive adoption of Common Services, provided by Strategic Services and Advanced Technology, across the Enterprise
Partner with Technology and Line of Business towards running a world class technology environment and ensuring critical business deliverables are met in a predictable and seamless way.
Ensure technology decisions are evaluated and assessed in line with technology industry standards including build vs buy decisions.
Provide senior technology perspective on industry trends, competitive landscape and market/regulatory changes leveraging industry contacts, vendors, and strategic technology partner relationships.
Demonstrate business partner value by understanding the business, advocating technology solutions to advance business initiatives, incorporating internal / external customer views, and managing key financial indicators to the benefit of Well Fargos shareholders.
Establishing and maintaining a profile as a senior technology leader both inside and outside the firm.
Serves as a role model demonstrating strong commitment to diversity & inclusion and Wells Fargos culture and core values.

* 7+ years of technology engineering experience

* 5 + years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles
* 9+ years of experience in application & data architecture and solution design

* 7+ years of Technical Architecture solutions design
* 5+ years of software engineering and implementation experience
* 5+ years of design, implementation and governance experience with Robotic Process Automation or Business Process Automation architectures
* 5+ years of experience leading solution architecture projects
* 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, architecture or development of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems in a financial services environment (includes interfacing middleware applications)
