ACME, a division of the Albertsons Companies, is currently searching for a Warehouse Clerk - Auditor to join our team. Albertsons Companies is one of the largest food and drug retailers with 2,300+ stores. Successful candidate will be responsible for effectively auditing completed orders to ensure selector accuracy and/or inbound to ensure replacement accuracy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Effectively audit designated selectors, and product groups and communicate observed results to appropriate levels of management.
* Audit outgoing product to ensure that correct pallet size and quantities are correct as noted on the shipping documents.
* Assemble and disassemble palletized merchandise in the course of auditing product before shipment.
* Regularly communicate to supervision finding of recurring problems or issues from retail or dock audits to management, both verbally and through Excel reporting.
* Consistently complete error free results by accurately filling out paperwork.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Possess working knowledge of warehouse selection and loading operations gained by prior work experience in a warehouse environment.
* Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.
* Computer experience, knowledge of Outlook and Excel a must.
* Possess good math skills and analytical aptitude.
* Position requires use of calculators, personal computers, telephones and other office equipment.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

* Some work is performed under general office conditions in a temperature-controlled environment.
* Incumbent may stand for long periods of time a. During the majority of the workday the incumbent will be moving about the Distribution Center floor with a temperature range from 30 to 95 degrees F.
* Incumbent will also break downloads and lift between 20-50 lb. on a daily basis. Potential hazards exist in regard to machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, mechanized systems, movement of tractors and trailers, etc.
* Must be able to tolerate extensive walking, standing, and have the ability to climb steps.
