What youu2019ll do:

n

CCI Portfolio Managers for stocks with positive FUNDAMENTAL momentum and positive FUNDAMENTAL surprise. And as a Sr. Securities Analyst, youu2019ll contribute to the success of the investment team by identifying companies growing faster and stronger and who could exceed investor expectations. With that analysis and by conducting fundamental, bottom-up research (no value or GARP bias), youu2019ll assist Portfolio Managers with management of the portfolios u2013 providing buy, sell and hold investment recommendations and assisting with related client service and marketing aspects.

In addition, youu2019re responsible for:

* Making long-term investment recommendations for multiple portfoliosn
* Monitoring existing investments within their assigned sector coveragen
* Covering many names in the portfolio at one time (upwards of 25 to 30 at times) and make decisive conclusions quicklyn
* Appreciation and understanding of technical analysis and the relevancy of it in stock pickingnn

Qualificationsn

Success in this position requires the ability to make effective, well-informed decisions and recommendations in a highly time-sensitive environment, often with incomplete and/or contradictory information. In addition, candidates will need:

* Bacheloru2019s degree with finance emphasis OR Chartered Financial Analyst designation required, both are preferred.n
* 4 plus years investment experience or relevant business experience.n
* Knowledge of equity analysis across multiple sectors.n
* Be a self-starter, comfortable taking educated risks and demonstrate understanding of economies and investment theories.n
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.nn

Preferred Skills:

* Bio Tech, health care or technology focus of US securities. n
* Small and Mid-Cap experience. nn
