The Facebook Finance team is seeking an energetic and driven Finance Operations professional to join the North America order to Cash team. This role will be key in driving the outsourced day-to-day Cash Operations and in supporting the outsourcing partner to achieve KPIs. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting and operations processes and be a driven, result driven and data passionate individual. In this role, you will be expected to provide detailed analysis, identify process improvement opportunities for existing processes and controls, drive operational efficiencies and develop scalable solutions.
Revenue Operations Associate Cash Operations Responsibilities
* Manage the Global Cash operations across geographies and business units
* Build strong, collaborative working relationships with BPO team to deliver best in class Order to Cash operations
* Measure and report on key metrics to drive the cash operations performance
* Maintain and document relevant policies and procedures
* Collaborate with cross functional teams (Revenue Accounting, Sales and Engineering) to consider process and system enhancements
* Provide strong leadership and oversight over operations in a fast pace, changing environment
* Monitor process controls and oversees testing in compliance with SOX
* Update leadership on Operations status and KPIs drivers
Minimum Qualifications
* BA/BS Degree
* Experience with accounting processes and KPI reporting and monitoring
* 5+ years in financial operations experience - AR, Revenue or Order to Cash
* Excel Proficient
* Experience working cross-functionally with accounting and internal controls
* Experience communicating and collaborating with partners and stakeholders across functions and geographies
Preferred Qualifications
* CPA or MBA
* Understanding of local payment and banking requirements
* Experience with SQL/Tableau
