What youll achieve

* Lead and participate in ideation and concept design & lead and participate in creating new and reusable architectures for current and new product categories
* Provide strategic direction to the planning, design, and architecture of high-quality, complex systems
* Work with Product Management to define required and nice-to-have features for early product architectures
* Enable others through sharing knowledge and mentoring
* Evaluate products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability, and ensure project completion.
* Prototype test and troubleshooting.
* Create and maintain required documentation including specifications
* Review and analyze new technologies and summarize results for presentation to technical and non-technical audiences
* Participate in team investigations
* Understand and communicate industry trends and drive direction for systems, as appropriate.

Essential Requirements Bachelor's

* Bachelor's Degree - BS CE/EE/CS with minimum of 10 years of design experience including the creation of new concepts and architectures
* Experience in early product concepts and architecture development through prototyping, evaluation of new designs from Dell, Dell partners, and ODMs, X86 system architecture and debug
* Solid understanding of security elements with enterprise class computer systems, analog and digital design, high speed bus interface design
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to create and analyze architectural and product specifications with strong project development, program management, and organization skills

Desirable Skills

* Master's Degree -MS CE/EE/CS
* Experience with networking architecture
* Programming skills
* ARM system architecture and debug
