What youll be doing

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for designing and managing a wide range of learning and development tools focused on increasing the readiness of the Tableau sales team, specifically those programs that are more-complex, higher priority, and assigned as unique assignments. Goals include reducing ramp time, increase consistency of hitting/overachieving quota, change sales approach from reactive to proactive selling, and developing sales skills of the team.

Some of the things youll be doing include

* Identifying knowledge and performance gaps, and designing learning programs

* Unifying best practice on positioning Tableau & Salesforce Analytics products

* Engaging newly hired sales employees through onboarding programs for Enterprise that unify the global best practices on positioning Tableau

* Oversight of performance analytics & completion tracking of Global Sales Readiness programs

* Special projects that could include but are not limited to manager playbook, creating manager training track, certification, messaging role-play, assisting with All Hands, and others

* Develop and manage the strategy and execution of Sales Enablement projects, programs, and initiatives for your Audience

* Work with Audience leadership, Business Partners & LOB on communicating enablement

* Collaborating with Sales Programs Team on Quarterly Sales plays that are top priority for Audience teams

Who you are

* Experienced. You have 10+ years (Enterprise sales + Enablement) combined experience demonstrating success managing complex projects from start to finish; preferred background in Corporate Visions training and Business Intelligence experience.

* Excellent Communication. Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills along with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are a must.

* Domain Expert. Familiarity with the sales cycle and essential selling skills/ In-depth understanding of sales processes and challenges commonly faced by in the Enterprise sales cycle.

* A True Team Player. Strong team player with track record of cross functional collaboration.
