We invite new nursing school graduates as well as experienced nurses to apply for our StarRN Cath Lab Specialty Cohort!

Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses = STARN

This is an 11 week PAID program starting Monday: June 7, 2021. The program runs for approximately 11 weeks. The first four (4) weeks includes a combination of live classroom didactic education, hands-on skills, eLearning, and facility days. The remaining seven (7) weeks is spent at the sponsoring facility working with a clinical Cardiac Cath Lab Preceptor from the hiring facility.

StaRN Program acceptance requires a minimum two (2) year, full-time commitment to the hospital.

* Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with a minimum of 2+ years of critical care and/or emergency department experience.
* Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license
* Flexibility to work day or night shift (unit needs vary)
* Attendance is imperative and 100% mandatory throughout the initial training
