We are specificallylooking for an experienced and senior Technical Program Manager to join theOracle Cloud Infrastructure Group in Seattle, under the centralized PMO team(it%27s not your standard PMO!). You will be responsible for managing complex,cross- organizational programs that impact both product and business for OracleCloud Infrastructure and will have exposure to multiple critical businessinitiatives. The PMO team at OCI steersthe ship, driving results for the business by partnering with any team requiredto deliver results.

In this rolespecifically, we are looking for the ideal candidate to drive all internalcross platform migrations to OCI from various on prem environments. In down time (if you have any) you can alsohelp work on other projects the team drives.

You will partner withevery team in Oracle to make this happen. This is fun, large, cross cutting and complex. You will manage the development and implementationprocess for all aspects of interdepartmental delivery, plan and directschedules and monitor budget/spending. You will report to the VP of theExecutive Program Management office, and will have the full support of the headof our Cloud Division. This is one ofthe several critical projects we work on, and that means support, help,partnership and alignment in the investment. DESIRED SKILLS

15+ years experience designing and implementingenterprise projects.

Experience in cross platform migrations is aplus.

You display a demonstrated ability to thinkbroadly and strategically.

You possess a technology background thatenables you to understand the complexities of the sophisticated architecture ofOracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influenceskills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

Highly proficient operating in a Linuxenvironment

Highly technical background strongly desired

Work well with all aspects of business fromengineering to marketing to legal to drive results

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.
