Job Summary:

Responsible for the monitoring and administration of the Wilson Medical Center telecommunications systems. Analyzes, recommends, monitors and performs maintenance on systems in accordance corporate guidelines and industry best practices. Maintains awareness of new technology concerning telecom network hardware and software. Work is of a highly confidential nature.

Job Requirements

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent - Required

Bachelors degree - Preferred

Required Skills:

* Two years of experience working with telecommunications equipment.

* Two years of experience working on the installation and maintenance of computerized telecommunications equipment.

* Experience working with Cisco Call Pilot system and Nortel PBX equipment.
