The Principal / VP of US Financial Institutions (USFI), Western Region will lead Sales team to existing customers and prospects. The West Leader, responsible for the day to day activities of, and interactions with, Western Banks to help grow our mutual interest via our services.

Role

The leader will teach and do the following:
Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction. If you have strong communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our services and products can help, wed like to meet you.
Contribute to and execute sales strategy, USFI Priorities as part of the Leadership Team reporting the SVP of Sales and Service.
Ultimately, youll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to D&S growth.

All About You

Essential Experience:

Bachelors degree required, Advanced degree preferred
Experience leading high performing teams
Advanced Payments experience recommended
Experience in developing and fostering customer relationships as a trusted partner
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to frame opportunities from a customers perspective

Additional Capabilities:

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and sell to a large client or cluster of clients
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills along with solid project management credentials
Experience with Financial Institutions
