As a Business Operations Analyst of the Consumer Products Group (CPG) at Micron, you will be responsible for process improvement within the Business Unit Operations team. This include collecting and analyzing data as it relates to business operations, tracking performance by establishing KPI/metrics, working on optimal solution on those processes and generating business focused reports. Other responsibilities as well is documenting those as-is and to-be processes.
You will work closely CPG Business Unit Operations Team
In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Job Responsibilities:
* Understand the CPG Ops processes and find gaps or areas for improvement
* Work on generating reports to help the team achieve the goals
* Document those processes and work for optimal solution.
* Collaborate with different CPG team (BU Ops, Sales, Supply Chain, Product Marketing) on the reporting, tools and process improvement
* Help the team on various short term projects.
Job Requirements:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of data analysis and ability to develop actionable insights from data
The ability to work on a variety of projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
The ability to comfortably give presentations to large groups.
Education Requirements/ Preferences:
Must be pursuing a BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Math or Statistics
