Position Summary

CMM or, Coordinate Measuring Machine, Operators are key team members to help us ensure our products meet the high quality standards of our customer. Utilizing CMMs, these operators verify the measurements of critical dimensions and features, and use various tools to blend our castings into compliance before shipping the final product to our customer.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Passionately works in a safe manner by following all safety rules, and providing recommendations to help make PCC a safe work environment.
* Achieves team production goals by working to meet all operational and quality standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Sets up CMM table, and computer programs to inspect the key dimensions of castings.
* Operates multiple CMMs at one time.
* Uses a Dynafile to blend parts as necessary to ensure conformance to customer specifications

Experience & Education

* A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and may be substituted by manufacturing experience.
* One year of manufacturing experience preferred. Previous experience in the casting industry is a plus.
