PepsiCos global growth across all functions. The Digital Services team is part of IT and facilitates PepsiCos Digital Transformation journey through modern technology platforms.
As the Enterprise Integration and Intelligent Automation Platform (EIAP) Manager, you will work closely with customers (sectors) to identify needs, market, sell, and promote the platform while ensuring requisite finance, governance, controls, processes and agile ways of working are matured.
Responsibilities:
* This person will be responsible for Product lifecycle management and ownership across multiple IT products in enterprise integration and intelligent automation.
* Lead the federated platform development, sustain, audit/governance/compliance, finance across integration and automation platform
* Ensure Platform meets defined business SLAs
* Supplier contract management for Platform sustain
* Promote DevSecOps federation practice
* Platforms operational dashboards automation for traceability
* Drive automation for self-healing across EIAP platforms
* Platform training organization
* Ensure timely Platform cross-charges by coordination with sectors, build CAPEX and execute vendor contracts
* Drive internal and external corporate audit for platform
* Coordinate with and own the relationship with horizontal teams end to end including procurement, legal, finance, audit, information security, infrastructure, enterprise architecture to ensure seamless and on-time project delivery
* Experience with using enterprise integration tools and patterns (publish/subscribe, APIs, etc.) to deliver an enterprise scale application
* Understanding of modern deployment architectures such as Microservices

Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelors Degree
Experience:
* 10 years experience including 5+ years program management experience and/or PGMP certification preferred
* 2+ years on technology governance experience
* 3+ years driving DevSecOps agile projects and programs
* 2+ years in project financial management
* People management and lead global team including Vendor Teams
* Experience in Architecture and design of cloud based automation solutions.
* Have good understanding of process analysis, requirements gathering and programming background
* Have good understanding of Governance, Control, Finance processes
Technical Skills:
* java/.NET or similar technology expertise
* Automation and integration technology/tools expertise
* Product testing, platforms build testing and support experience
