ICG Global Bank Network Management is part of the O&T Division. BNM manages key relationships with the global agent bank and custody service providers, Finance, Regulatory, Legal & Compliance, Global Operations, Global Treasury, ICG Product teams, etc.

Global Bank Network Management centralizes all Citi owned and operated bank accounts within the central bank account repository, ABACUS. The Data Integrity team is responsible for maintaining the completeness and accuracy of the Citi bank account inventory.

Data Integrity is responsible for maintaining Citis bank account inventory and golden source data within the central repository for Citi owned bank accounts, ABACUS.

The Operational Risk Intmd Analyst - Data Integrity role involves analysis of large disparate data, communication across various levels and geographies of the organization, working with senior leadership to define, implement and process sustainable controls.

Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot, track, and investigate data related issues. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple disparate sources, reconcile conflicts and construct high-level information details/metrics.

* Independently own and work with business partners and stakeholders to remediate breaks.

* Capable of making appropriate decisions in line with critical deadlines

* Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to organize senior-level meetings prepare and give effective presentations and ability to have detailed communication with various stakeholders

* Collating and analysing Key Metrics to identify process improvements and support the implementation of projects

* Ensures the quality and service of own work and that of others

Qualifications:

* 3-5 yrs experience in the international financial services industry

* Strong knowledge of and experience with Microstrategy or other business analytics platforms.

* Analytic skills, excellent written and oral communications, good presentation skills, time management expertise, and the ability to manage many tasks concurrently are required

* Analytical thinker with the ability to understand business requirements and creatively develop technical solutions.

* excellent planning and organizational skills, and be a self-starter

* a person who can work well under pressure and, at times, within tight deadlines

* good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour are essential

* Comfortable dealing with staff at all levels, including senior management

* Ability to present complex information to Senior Management in an easy to understand format.

* Microsoft Access Development and Maintenance

* Visio

* Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
