What you'll do...

The Field Readiness Learning and Development Manager creates and plans for the design and execution of field readiness and field leadership programs aligned with strategic initiatives. He/she leads an Associate Manager, Sr. Developers and Developers to develop and deliver effective programs, training, and tools. The Manager leads the consulting practice with the business on proposed solutions for leaders and functions to create impactful learning solutions while managing inside training budgets. He/she also designs and executes the communication strategy to create awareness and value of learning opportunities and continuously evolves programs and tools to improve effectiveness.
What you'll bring to the team...

5 years experience in the leadership of a learning team responsible for the design, development and delivery of training programs or relevant field experience training teams.

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Demonstrated success with developing and maintaining strong relationships with groups and individuals, including leaders at all levels of the organization.

Able to manage ambiguity and work in cross group collaboration with influence. Excellent verbal and written communication; data driven decision making.

Understanding of instructional design with multiple course modalities: online asynchronous training, virtual, blended and face-to-face. Knowledge in current thinking in learning, leadership and technology.

Experience with design principles and design thinking, storyboarding, virtual facilitation tools, content management systems, and learning management systems. Able to speak to adult learning principles and methods. (Blooms Taxonomy, Experiential Learning, Business Simulations, Spaced Repetition, Training Outcomes).
It would be even better if you also had...

7-10 years experience leading a variety of successful learning programs and teams with demonstrated excellent business results.

Deep understanding and experience with technology solutions, including Learning Management Systems, Virtual Reality and instructional design authoring. Video production and delivery experience a plus.
