Principle Responsibilities:

* Finance business partner for the Cell Therapy Development and Operations team with special focus on Finance Operations.
* Support the Director of Finance Operations and provide leadership and support to Global Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and MS&T.
* Participate in the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and network level analyses.
* Fluent in cost accounting methodologies and inventory accounting practices.
* Provide financial support for investment decision making on new technologies, capital purchases, operational efficiency projects, and other special requests.
* Proven experience working with multinational product and financial flows with focus on transfer pricing and profit eliminations.
* Participate in the standard cost setting process for cell therapy products including manufacturing recipes, BOMs, and routings.
* Monitor supply chain costs, inventories, and drive operational improvements where necessary.
* Play a significant role in the cell therapy SAP implementation including requirements gathering, blue printing, process flows, and testing.
* Partner with the plant leadership team to understand key cost drivers and drive plant optimization initiatives.
* Responsible for maintaining key controls for SOX related to inventory and COGS.
* Satisfy internal and external audit requests as necessary.

Desired Skills and Experience:

* 12+ years of experience in Finance Operations / Cost Accounting with on-site manufacturing.
* Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing a plus.
* Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus.
* Experienced in leading cross functional teams to achieve financial and non-financial goals.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships throughout all levels of an organization.
* SAP experience required, Oracle experience a plus.
* Strong systems skills required including financial modeling in Excel, business intelligence tools, and budgeting and financial reporting applications.
