Job Description
The McDonalds Headquarters has an exciting opportunity for you to become a US Operations Experience Lead. As a US Operations Experience Lead, you will:

Work closely with all aspects of the On premise Experience across US Business to maximize results

Elevate the customer experience through health & wellness, hospitality and new forms of customer convenience

Support the Dine In recovery and reopening effort

Consistently lead and partner with key stakeholders to enhance the customers Dine In experience

To be successful, you will effectively:

Communicate cross-functionally

Influence Operators, Field Office Leadership, & fellow staff

Demonstrate McDonalds core values & leadership behaviors

Partner with key customers: finance, development, suppliers, & general contractors

Your principle responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:

Program Communication

Build strong working relationships with Field Teams to get results in all EOTF Restaurants.

Establish communications protocol on key business drivers.

Choose the appropriate consulting approach (e.g., directive, supportive/collaborative, coaching) based on the situation and the existing relationship.

Support Field Business meetings.

Provide most current updates to all partners/stakeholders.

Business Results

Creates process to ensure sustainable high-level results and execution.

Collaborates with other disciplines (i.e. development) to ensure timelines are met.

Provides recommendations to Field Office Team and Owner/Operators on how to take advantage of opportunities to maximize business results.

Educates, demonstrates & institutionalizes EOTF including health & wellness, Hospitality, GESSL execution, and contactless experience.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in an hospitality/retail operations and/or deployment role

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree preferred

Experience communicating effectively and establishing relationships

Works effectively in a fast changing environment

Experience working in an ambiguous environment; adaptive to changing schedules and priorities

Organized problem solver with strong time management skills

Strong communications skills (written and verbal)

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter
